We are a new charity supporting NHS hospital low vision services across the London boroughs south of the River Thames.
We were registered with the Charity Commission in August 2026, and we are just getting started. We build on the work of the South London Resource Centre for Visually Impaired People, which supported low vision services in this part of London for more than twenty years.
We are putting together clear, accessible and up-to-date information about low vision services in South London and the support available alongside them, for people living with sight loss, their families and carers, and the teams who work with them.
We also work with NHS services, local authorities and voluntary organisations to make it easier for people to find the right support at the right time.
